For a unique floor covering, sheet stone is the ideal material. Economical and accessible to all, it's also easy to lay thanks to its lightness, thinness and perfect finish. In fact, straight-cutting produces a smooth, uneven surface, guaranteeing a flat stone floor.
Highly resistant and waterproof, thanks in particular to the resin layer, this material can be used in all wet rooms and even outdoors, on a terrace or driveway.

Its weight (1.5 to 2 kg/m²) means it can be used in all rooms, including attics and light floors.
Its reduced thickness (1.5 to 2 mm) means it can be applied to existing floors, without changing door thresholds.
Its large slabs also add chic to your interior, giving it a certain standing.
This product gives your floor covering all the advantages of natural stone without the drawbacks: weight, thickness and cost.

Installation is similar to that of laminate:
1. Preparing the substrate: it must be sound, clean, dry and smooth. Fill any holes with filler, sand and dry.
2. Before laying, position stones to organize them and determine where to make cuts.
3. Position the first stone in a corner and draw a line to serve as a reference for subsequent stones.
4. For gluing, there are two solutions: either the sheets have an adhesive film that simply needs to be removed to glue the stone in place, or the sheets require a hybrid polymer adhesive. In this case, installation is similar to that of a laminate. We recommend bead gluing with a cartridge adhesive: a first bead 2 mm from the edge over the entire frame, followed by very tight 15 mm beads over the entire rear surface. Place on the substrate and press down to spread the glue over the entire sheet surface.
5. Adjust sheet position if necessary.
6. Press down to remove air bubbles.
Drying time is three to four hours.
