What delivery methods are employed ?
Online sales and their deliveries are accessible in France and Europe*.
Delivery is by post with tracking (for the delivery of samples) or Courier and determined by weight and delivery address in order to obtain a fair delivery cost. The delivery of each product in a Customer’s checkout cart can be done independently. The Customer must carefully fill in all the fields of the delivery form at the time of ordering, including delivery details, a mobile phone number and, if possible, the information to be given to the delivery person (intercom, floor, access, etc.).
Do you deliver internationally ?

What is the estimated delivery time ?
If you’ve ordered product that is in stock, you can expect delivery within 5-7 business days.
If the item you’ve selected is out of stock, the expected delivery is 5 to 6 weeks.

How are the orders shipped ?
Depending on your order, StoneLeaf products are either shipped flat or rolled up.
For the 1,200×610 mm format, the product is always laid flat in appropriate boxes. Depending on the quantity ordered, these boxes may be placed on palettes to optimize transportation.
For the 2,400×1,200 mm format, the product is always shipped rolled up in the appropriate packaging. For orders over 50 m2, you can contact us for other packaging options.
What should I do if my order isn’t what I expected or is damaged ?
Upon delivery, it is mandatory that you unpack your order in the presence of the delivery person so that you can verify that the product delivered is in fact your order and that no damage is apparent before signing the delivery receipt. In the event of an anomaly, the Customer must precisely enter the nature of his/her reservations on the delivery slip. These reservations must be handwritten, dated, detailed and accompanied by a signature on the delivery slip. The words “damaged product,” for example, are not sufficiently explicit. Similarly if there’s been an error in delivery, you must specify the nature of the error: incorrect reference number, incorrect quantity, etc. (You can reference our General Terms & Conditions at the bottom of this page for more details). You may also cancel your order, without motive, as long as it has not yet shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us by email at [email protected] or by phone at 01.43.96.49.59.
You also have a right of withdrawal for 14 (fourteen) business days after the reception of the product to return your order, regardless of the reason. (You can reference our General Terms & Conditions at the bottom of this page for more details).
