– authorizes STONELEAF to use the photograph ;
– concedes, for this purpose & without reservation, the reproduction, representation, and adaptation rights related to the photograph.

This authorization and assignment of rights is valid for anyone, anywhere in the world, for a period of five (5) years from the moment of publication of the aforementioned content.

STONELEAF may reproduce, represent, and adapt this photograph for all commercial, promotional, and advertising purposes, by any means and on any medium, in particular via the internet and the written press.

You also authorize STONELEAF to mention your account along with the photograph.

You acknowledge and agree that this authorization and transfer are granted free of charge, and cannot therefore give rise to the right to any remuneration.

 

Hyperlinks
