If you are looking for a natural stone with a soft and shiny appearance, Canberra is the paneling for you.
Our mica panels are very thin and come from the finest Indian quarries. Our blocks of stone are extracted and then thanks to our innovative process, we obtain very thin panels (between 1.2 and 1.4mm thick). Canberra is 100% natural, guaranteed. Its veining and color are preserved to give you a totally authentic product.
Canberra is a charcoal-grey stone. Its structure is less pronounced than the rest of our micas. Its glittery shine will give a new dimension to your projects.
Available in 2 sizes: 1220mm x 610mm and 2400mm x 1200mm, these 2 sizes allow you to cover large surfaces with the least number of gaps. This gives the effect of a single block of stone with an offset layout. Our stone panels can be installed in wet areas (inside a shower, outside areas, kitchen splashbacks) as well as in dry places!
To install Canberra stone panels, you simply need the right tools: circular saw for the cuts, orbital sander for the edges, and a jigsaw for the cuts in the panels. Once cut, you can adhere your panel to any type of surface (tiles, mdf, chipboard, plasterboard...) with our polymer glue or a neoprene glue (for wood surfaces).
Once glued, you can then protect the panels with the nano water repellent, which is imperative for the interior of a shower, for example.
Chalky water will not adhere to the stone thanks to the water repellent, which will also make maintenance easier. You can use our maintenance products to remove common stains.
