Phuket is a mica panel with gray tones and bright highlights. It is a fairly textured design (rated at 3/5) and rather shiny (its rating is 4/5)
All our references are part of the marble, slate, or mica families because they are schistose stones, composed in a thousand and one layers of strata.
After years of research and development, StoneLeaf has perfected a unique manufacturing process: we apply a mixture of resin and fiberglass to blocks extracted from Indian quarries. Once this agglomerate is dry, the block is broken down, stratum by stratum, by manual removal. The resin and fiberglass create the support for the stratum while allowing for a certain flexibility for the stone. This is how we obtain real stone that is thin, light, and flexible.
Thus, our final product is a real stone with all its advantages (resistance, aestheticism, etc.), without its disadvantages (weight, cost of labor and transport, installation time, etc.).
Phuket exists in 2 sizes and 2 finishes:
They can be installed on any surface, old (tiling, etc.) or new (plasterboard, etc.), as long as they are clean and rather smooth at the time of the installation. In your interior spaces, exterior spaces, in dry environments, in wet environments, or even on curved surfaces, our panels of stone can be applied anywhere: showers, chimneys, walls, furniture, swimming pools, kitchen splashbacks, outside facades...
Our 100% natural stone panels arrive flat (1220x610 mm size) or rolled up (2400x1200 mm size).
Stone is a natural material, so each panel will be unique, but we always try to deliver a consistent batch of panels that are extracted from the same block. This ensures consistency in the structure and the possible patterns of the panels you receive.
