Stoneleaf stone veneer is an innovative covering made of genuine natural stone, combining the authenticity of stone with exceptional thinness, lightness, and flexibility.

Translucent is a natural stone veneer laid on a fiberglass and transparent resin backing to allow light to pass through. It is used in backlighting projects. Translucent must be glued onto a diffusing plexiglass and requires LED lighting.

Stoneleaf is very thin, its thickness is between 1.5 and 2mm. Depending on the type of stone, we may have differences in thickness.

Thanks to its resin and thinness, Stoneleaf panels can be curved. The bending diameter is 40cm.

Stoneleaf is based in Paris, in the 2nd arrondissement. Our logistics warehouse is based in Touraine.

Our natural stone veneer is resistant up to 120 degrees. Our fire tests are Cs2d0.

Stoneleaf obtains R9 and R10 ratings.

Since stone veneer is made of natural stone, its wear and tear is identical to that of a solid block.

Standard formats are 1220mm x 610mm, 2400mm x 1200mm and 2600mm x 1200mm. We can also provide custom sizes. Please do not hesitate to contact our teams.

We do not make cuts.

Our stone veneers are 100% natural. They are produced from stone blocks available in our quarries. We select stone batches that meet our standards. Differences between stone blocks may be observed.

We do not alter the composition of our stones. We keep them as natural and raw as possible. We may observe different veining depending on the stone block being worked on.

Slates are the smoothest stones, although we may find strata on the surface. Mica is the most stratified stone, while marble has more asperities.

Stoneleaf stone veneer is perfectly heat resistant. The adhesive we recommend for installation tolerates a maximum temperature of 90 degrees. Therefore, you must first ensure that the substrate on which you wish to bond the Stoneleaf does not reach a higher temperature. Once bonded, the Stoneleaf stone veneer is stable, it does not shrink or expand. The surface being natural stone, there is no heat transmission.

Stoneleaf is very resistant because it is made of natural stone and fiberglass. Superficial scratches can be removed by simply rubbing them. Deeper scratches will mark the stone. We advise you not to cut directly on the stone. Stoneleaf can be laid on the floor in low-traffic areas. Our products are also guaranteed for ten years.

As a natural material, Stoneleaf offers optimal resistance to humidity.

Due to its composition, no infiltration is possible between the natural stone front and the resin back. The fiberglass in the center of the sheet and the resin on the back provide complete waterproofing to the material.

Its application in wet rooms is also made possible by the adhesive used (Ms Polymer). This adhesive acts as a sealant and ensures complete waterproofing over the entire glued surface.

In wet areas, a silicone sealant will be necessary in the internal corners and around the shower tray. We have a wide choice of sealant colors to harmonize with the color of your stone.

You can use our stone veneer inside a sauna; we recommend applying our water repellent to protect the stone from moisture.

In the past, many successful flooring projects, including stairs, have been completed, but we cannot guarantee its use as flooring. Flooring projects are therefore always at the installer's discretion.

Installation on the worktop is not recommended because some aggressive liquids like wine or coffee will leave marks if they remain on the stone for too long. However, application as a kitchen backsplash is possible because the protective water repellent will be effective.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of each order. They are displayed in your shopping cart.

Once the order has been sent to our logistics center, you will receive an email notifying you that the order is being prepared, and then another email to inform you of its shipment. This latter email will include the tracking number.

For metropolitan FRANCE, delivery times are 5 working days; for Europe, it is 7 working days. When products are not in stock, the lead time is then 5-6 weeks. You need to be careful when entering your product quantities, as the lead time updates accordingly.

You can change the delivery address until it is shipped. This may delay the dispatch of your order. Once shipped, any address changes will be charged.

When your order is delivered, you must unpack it in the presence of the delivery person and check that the product delivered matches your order and that no damage is visible before signing the delivery slip. In the event of an anomaly, you must precisely write down the nature of your reservations on the delivery slip. These reservations must be handwritten, dated, detailed and accompanied by a signature on the delivery slip. The mention "damaged product" is, for example, not explicit enough. You must specify the nature of the damage: breakage, scratches, etc. Similarly, if a delivery error is found, you must specify the nature of the error: wrong reference, quantity error, etc. (You can refer to our General Terms and Conditions of Sale at the bottom of the page for more details).

To prevent the appearance of various stains (oil, grease, limescale), we recommend applying a water repellent to the stone sheets, which you can find here. This product deeply seals the pores of the stone, ensuring that liquids cannot penetrate it. We also offer a cleaning product to remove superficial stains.

When Stoneleaf was founded in 2013, the company aimed to adopt an ecological and sustainable approach. This commitment has grown stronger over the years and is now fully integrated into the development process.

5 founding principles of our commitments:

Produce a lot with little: The stone veneer we developed comes from natural stone blocks. We work on our finished product directly from these stone blocks. Due to the thinness of our material, we only need to extract a thin layer of stone for each sheet produced. Consequently, a standard-sized block allows us to produce more than 200 m2 of stone veneer. In comparison, with solid stone, we would have produced 20 to 30 m2. The raw material is used to its fullest, with no waste.

Choose the right materials: While natural stone remains the main component of Stoneleaf, we also use resin for extracting the stone layers necessary for production. Our resin is bio-based and comes from renewable resources. We source within a radius of less than 200 km from our factory to limit transportation and carbon footprint.

A material created to last: Due to the quality of the stone and resin we use, our Stoneleaf products are guaranteed for 10 years so you can enjoy them for as long as you wish. We create a virtuous and sustainable model for our customers.

Think Eco-responsibility: We encourage our largest clients to return Stoneleaf materials to the factory once they no longer need them. We reuse the resin for sample production and crush the stone into powder for finishes and quality control of our products.

Minimize transport impact: We are developing our storage network in several regions of the world to have Stoneleaf materials available as close as possible to our customers, minimizing transport and our carbon footprint. We prioritize sea transport over air transport.
