All Stoneleaf product packaging is designed to be shipped in the most optimal way, in the fewest number of packages. This requirement has the direct effect of reducing CO2 emissions during storage and shipping. Stoneleaf also strives for 100% recyclable packaging / 0% plastic, using a maximum of recycled materials: cardboard packaging, recycled scotch tape, 70% recycled bubbles, etc. This commitment to progress has been reinforced over the years and is now fully integrated into the company's development process. In addition, logistics assembly operations are carried out in partnership with Établissements et Services d'Aide par le Travail (ESAT). These are medical-social establishments whose aim is the social and professional integration of disabled adults, where the work offered is adapted to the individual's disability. In an ESAT, work is adapted to people, not the other way round.
FOUNDING PRINCIPLES
The stone foil we have developed comes from natural stone blocks. We work our finished product directly onto these stone blocks. Because of the fineness of our material, we only need to extract a thin layer of stone for each sheet we produce.

As a result, a standard-format block enables us to produce over 200 m2 of sheet stone. In comparison, with solid stone we would have produced 20 to 30 m2. The raw material is used to its quintessence, with no waste.

Choosing the right materials
As natural stone remains the main component of StoneLeaf, we also use resin to extract the stone strata needed for production.

Our resin is biosourced and derived from renewable resources. We source from within a 200 km radius of our plant to limit transport and carbon footprint.

In the home, as in the finest hotels, StoneLeaf stone leaf and its sublime effects are widely appreciated by both private individuals and leading interior architects and designers. The reason for this success, both in France and internationally, lies mainly in our unique and innovative manufacturing process, but above all in our choice of materials and raw materials.
The blocks of slate, mica and marble we use are neither treated nor reconstituted: we break down the block stratum by stratum by hand. This technique preserves the stone's hues and the natural colors of this exceptional product, which comes in four finishes: Stoneleaf, Translucent, Metal and Stick&Stone.
The application of our stones, which we produce in sheet form, is simple and requires no complex preparation.
Your substrate must be relatively smooth and non-humid at the time of application. The surface to be covered may need to be degreased before installation. Stoneleaf can be installed directly on tiles or earthenware without removing your original substrate.
For Translucent, we recommend installation on diffusing white plexiglass to densify your sheet and provide diffused, powerful lighting thanks to the use of LEDs.
Both ranges are suitable for indoor and outdoor use, in both wet and dry environments. Cutting is done with a circular saw, and gluing with MS Polymer or Neoprene glue, depending on your project. We invite you to follow the steps and equipment recommended in our installation videos. For the Stick&Stone range, we recommend installation in dry or damp conditions, but not in direct contact with water. The high-performance adhesive we use adapts to a wide range of substrates. For cutting, a simple cutter and a pair of scissors are all you need. Take the time to study each step of our videos for fast, durable installation.
