- authorizes STONELEAF to use the photograph;
- transfers to them, without reservation, the reproduction, representation and adaptation rights attached to the photograph.

This authorization and transfer of rights is valid worldwide, for a period of five (5) years from the publication of the aforementioned content.

STONELEAF may reproduce, represent and adapt this photograph for all commercial, promotional and advertising purposes, by any means and on any medium, in particular via the Internet and the press.

You also authorize STONELEAF to mention your account along with the photograph.

You acknowledge and accept that this authorization and transfer are granted free of charge, and shall not entitle you to any remuneration whatsoever.

Applicable law & severability of causes
