What are the delivery terms?
Online sales and deliveries are available in France and Europe*.
Delivery is made by post with tracking (for sample deliveries) or by courier and is determined according to weight and delivery address, in order to obtain the lowest possible delivery cost. Each product in the basket may be delivered independently. At the time of ordering, the customer must carefully fill in all the fields on the delivery form, including delivery details, a cell phone number and, if possible, details to be given to the delivery person (intercom, floor, access, etc.).

What are the delivery times?
If we have the selected product in stock, delivery takes 5 to 7 working days.
If the selected product is out of stock, the delivery time is 5 to 6 weeks.

How are orders sent?
Depending on your order, StoneLeaf products can be shipped flat or in rolls.
For the 1220×610 mm format, we always ship flat-packed in suitable cartons. Depending on the quantity required, these cartons can be palletized to optimize transport.
For the 2400×1200 mm format, we always ship on rolls in suitable cartons. For quantities over 50 m2, please contact us for other packaging options.
What should I do if my order is damaged or doesn't suit me?
Upon delivery, you must unpack your order in the presence of the delivery person and check that the product delivered corresponds to the order and that no damage is visible before signing the delivery note. In the event of any anomaly, you must refuse the Product and make a precise note of your reservations on the delivery note. These reservations must be handwritten, dated, detailed (breakage, scratches, etc.) and signed on the delivery slip. The words "damaged product", for example, are not sufficiently explicit. Similarly, if a delivery error is noted, you must specify the nature of the error: wrong reference, quantity error, etc. (You can refer to our General Terms and Conditions at the bottom of the page for more details). You also have a right of withdrawal of 14 (fourteen) working days from receipt of the goods, to make your request to return your order for whatever reason (You can refer to our GTC at the bottom of the page for more details).
