Pretoria belongs to our line of rough marble panels. Its shades are warm browns with brown veins.
Easily recognizable by its characteristic pattern, Pretoria exists in the realm of nature and rusticity. Everything is natural and each panel is unique, no touch-ups are done to its color or texture.
Marble is a schistose stone and is therefore perfectly suited to the manufacturing of our stone panels.
Indeed, we manual extract blocks from our Indian quarries to obtain a maximum number of panels from the same block. We apply an agglomerate of resin and fiberglass to the blocks which is then dried to create the support for each stratum while allowing for some flexibility.
Pretoria is available in 1 format of 1220x610 mm and 2 finishes: Classic and Translucent (transparent resin that allows light to pass through). This model is particularly textured (4/5) and matte (0/5 gloss level). Indeed, all our marbles are raw and unpolished to favor nature as it is given to us.
You can apply our stone panels in dry environments (fireplace <120°, walls, furniture, floors, etc.) as well as wet environments (showers, swimming pools, splashbacks, etc.), both indoors and outdoors (building facades) as well as on curved surfaces (countertops, posts, etc.).<
Our stone panels have the same advantages as stone (because they are, in fact, stone) without its disadvantages. Our panels are thin, durable, light, flexible, inexpensive, and easy to install and to transport.
Cutting is easily done with a circular saw equipped with a carbide blade. An orbital sander will be used to sand the external angles. Our polymer glue for quick adhesion. For your furniture and your wood surfaces, you can use a neoprene glue.
